According to the owner's manual, it's 15.6672 MHz.  I'll
bet if you do the arithmetic, it's exactly twice the SE
and Mac Plus, and that there are chips on the motherboard
(such as the SCC??) that take an extra /2 on the clock
frequency as compared to the original Mac Plus design.
