I have a friend who needs to tranfer files from a Tandy 600 portable
to an Apple Macintosh. Hardwired RS232 or modem. MS-Word files and
some other ASCII type files.

I have never dealt with any Apple equipment and have limited 
knowledge of the Tandy 600.

Any help would be appreciated. i.e. Cable diagrams, software to
use, settings for protocol...

Please respond by e-mail, although I will check the news groups
for replies. I'd just hate to miss the answer.
