Does anyone know where I can get enough information to write my own serial
driver?  I would either like to modify an existing one or rewrite it.
I need to know technical information...
	i.e. how does DoIO and Ports work?
	     How do I link the object modules so that I get the right format?
  
The reason I am asking is because I want to write a multi session serial
driver.
