	No reverse scroll, and no memory beyond 24 lines by 80 cols.

	Yes - these are DUMB "capabilities"...  The cursor keys only work
in buffered page send mode; i.e., they do nothing in online conversational
mode (pretty useless for UNIX screen editors).  The terminal responds to
no cursor positioning commands beyond direct X-Y addressing (and LF and BS).
	While the terminal has an optional line drawing character set and
has full video attributes, the lack of efficient conversational cursor control
causes some severe limitations.
