This means that we would want to DMA from a drv11-w equivalent card on the bus into the extra memory. It looks to me as if this could be done if we had a generic frame-buffer type driver and then did a valloc and a mmap so we could read(2) into the buffer. Does this sound right? Has anyone done such a thing? Any help would be appreciated.
