Our X V10R4 server running on a Sun 3/160 produces EnterWindow events
when the mouse is over a window when it is mapped, but it doesn't
produce leavewindow events when the mouse is over a window when it is
unmapped.  Does anyone's server out there not have this bug?  Will X
V11 be better?  Any fixes?
