In case someone from a site running DEC's VMS has asked you how best
to connect to the Usenet/UUCP world, you might want to look at some
messages I posted recently about a new low-cost networking system
for VAX/VMS sites.  See "comp.org.decus" or "comp.os.vms"--
messages 3856@well.uucp and 3887@well.uucp.
