	Gibson is probably the GOD of cyberpunk, I haven't read the Brunner
	books, yet and they're now on my list.  But noone's mentioned John
	Varley who has been talking about high-tech/genetics for years.

	Also, Any word on the movie "Neuromancer"?  Supposedly Peter Gabrielle
	plays the lead.  Not exactly my first choice, but that's hollywood.
	I also hear Gibson has been doing interviews on Mtv, though I haven't
	seen it myself.

	One more thing, when I've discussed possible futures going along the
	lines projected in Gibson's books, and even "Blade Runner" the people
	I speak with inevitably get depressed thinking that it's a dark
	inhuman future.  I, however, don't feel that way.
