Yeah, but if guns are outlawed, only policemen will have guns. Or is that
what you want? Who is this "we" you're referring to, by the way? I'm no
great fan of this place, even though I was born here, but I'll take it over
that overcrowded self-absorbed part of the world you live in any day.
Besides, we all know just how effective gun-control laws are, anyway. Look
at what a safe place New York City is (clean, too, and the people are so
polite). Remember those experiments in which too many rats were put in too
small a cage? Nothing wrong with the place that a new ice age wouldn't cure.
