One mit-eddie person posted to news.sysadmin that she examined footface's account and found "scripts used for forging news and mail". Any idiot could have seen that the scripts were actually to allow access to the account to two other people named in the scripts (neither of whom was Ken Arndt). This fact was known to the person giving fh the account. My personal opinion is that expression of ideas in this forum should be free to all. Not just to those whose opinion is "acceptable". Campaigns to eliminate net-access to people we don't like or don't agree with can later backfire. I can't name ONE sysop I would like to see as king/queen/dictator who should decide what is and is not offensive and who shall and shall not use the net.
