		       LETTERS/NETIQUETTE/BARF
    Who the shvg cares what netiquette is when there's a substantive
issue to be hassled out?  If GWS claims TM offed MW's account by writ-
ing nasty letters to GWS(????), let's see 'em.  Proprietary rights are
waived when the letters are referred to as evidence.  The _best_ evi-
dence be the letters they very selfs, so if that's what you're going
to "use," do it right, not wimpteously.  If anyone feels queasy about
retransmitting private mail, note that it's _your_ property, once sent
to you.  You can do whatever you want with it.  The only exception is
if you've signed a legally binding non-disclosure agreement.  The same
applies to conversations, and even details of a sexual encounter.  (Me
learn about that when a woman publicized my sexual shortcomings, and
others wondered whether I was prepared to sue.  I was not.)

    Barf on people who object to someone "ogling."  Reminds me of high
school, when kids would come up and say "What're YOU looking at," then
haul off and belt me.  Ellen, if you're gonna be a belligerent drunk,
please stick to the mean streets you seem to love so well.
    That doesn't extend to comments or touches.  But if you object to
passive reception, wear a nonfucking chador.
