I've kept myself in a spectator's position for a long time, but this
takes the cake:

So, Mr. Smith, you have been trying to convince everyone around that you
and Mr. Weiner have been the victims of an unjust persecution by Tim Maroney,
and that he has been attacking you without provocation in every newsgroup
you frequent?  

And then you come into alt.flame, interrupt a perfectly good argument
concerning women and ogling with a long and totally irrelevent statement
of your nausea and disgust, all the while complaining about the injustice
of it all?

I don't think that I even need to tack a flame onto this article.  Seems to
me that anyone with the sensibility of a gnat will figure out where I stand.
Too bad, too, as I've long felt that the Brahms Gang, while quite often
obnoxious, were just as often entertaining and thought-provoking.  I'm
sorry that you have decided to give up both of those aspects, and become
simply complaining, boring, and worthy of entry into my KILL file.
