It's not a simple task. We're almost there. Registering a subdomain under the Canadian domain is only going to give you a widely recognized name. It won't automatically give you access to anything. That's a separate matter, perhaps best resolved on a network by network basis. For example, if you expect to communicate with the Internet you will have to find an organization which is willing to forward mail to you, and you will have to find a way to actually exchange mail. In other words, we're setting up a Canadian domain, not an internetwork. An internetwork is a good topic for discussion, but it's not going to materialize the moment CA starts being used.
