Please e-mail replies to me, and I will forward them to him. (or post them, if you want....) POSTING FOLLOWS: Hello. I have recently found myself in the position of having to present a lecture on Human Factors in Human Computer Interface design to a large number of programmers, most of whom have never heard of Human Factors. In an effort to avoid being dry and boring I would like to have a fair repetoire of anecdotes to entertain and illustate the general principals I will be discussing. Unfortunately I know very few. (most of my reading is journal articles --- good, but pretty dry). So I'm asking you folks for amusing and/or interesting stories dealing with Human Factors design. They can be apocryphal, or personal experience, just please indicate which. I'll even give you credit for them if you really want it. -john schrag END OF POSTING That's it. You can try mailing me at drascic@ecf.toronto.edu, or just use the reply.... the mailer daemon gets grumpy sometimes, though. -dd
