We're attempting to make a decision about using a relational database.
Our purpose is to collect data from multiple systems and make that data
available to application code running on a Vax.  The other systems use 
a myriad of data base/collection schemes.  

The two choices we have are RDP and INGRES.  Can anyone give me feedback
on the uses of these two products?
