Does anyone out there in netland have a screen form type of program?

I'm looking for a utility of a sort to create and maintain simple database
files. 

Marc Ries, sent me a while ago one, (if anyone is interested I'll send it)
and I'm using it now. It works very well, and is fairly flexible. The only
problem with it (for me, at least) is that there is no way to edit fields,
except to backspace over stuff that's been entered. It would be nice to
have cursor motion, insert & delete functions. Except for that, the one I
have is great. 

Please reply, if you even have ideas... I'm all ears!
