Some possibly simple questions:

What is the usage for (DEC) multicast addresses of the form 09002b0000nn?

I have seen such multicast used with type fields 6004 and 803b: what
on earth is 803b?

I have a problem with a microvax which spits out such multicast at a
very high rate (probably just about as fast as it possibly can get them
out onto the Ethernet. Anyone ever seen such phenomena?
