I am no longer able to provide individual messages to telecom readers.
I will add you to the digest distribution list and send you digests.

I apologize for not being able to provide this service any longer, it
takes more than 50% of my TELECOM time to produce the individual messages,
and I find that I no longer have the time to spare on TELECOM.
