A knowledge of the principles of 3-D computer graphics is mandatory. Applicants must have experience with C, UNIX(tm), and MS-DOS(tm). A BS or advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Numerical Design produces a software package, called Rendition, which is used as the rendering component of several animation and presentation graphics systems. Our development work is performed on Sun workstations. Numerical Design is located in the center of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, literally across the street from the University of North Carolina and less than 15 minutes from the Research Triangle.
