Can anyone recommend any PC graphics that have built in special
effects. The only one that I have been using is the AT&T Display
Enhancement Board that supports 4 hardware blink rates as well as
hardware dithering.

If there are any of these animals out there, do you also know if
they are supported by poplular graphics tools such as HALO, Windows,
or the like.
