I have since found out about its general availability (at least in the U.S.). If you are a member of "u3g" (University Sys V Unix user's group), then the compiler should be available via the toolchest on the 3 hub systems within a few weeks (if you are not sure whether or not your school or department is a member, then check with your department head and/or system administrator). Plans are in the works to provide source code through u3g, but that probably will not show up until next year. If you are not a member of u3g, and are SERIOUS about getting a copy, contact the following person: Angie McGuire AT&T 1776 On The Green Morristown, NJ 07960 Again, I have written a Unix manual page for the compiler, have added many more comments to the definition modules, and have written another document trying to tell undergraduates how to use the compiler. I can send you these if you like. ______________________________________ Harvard Townsend, Systems Manager Dept. of Computing & Information Sciences Kansas State University, Manhattan, KS 66506 (913)532-6350 CSNET: harv@kansas-state -or- harv@ksu.edu BITNET: harv@ksuvax1.bitnet -or- harv%ksuvax1.bitnet@WISCVM.WISC.EDU UUCP: ihnp4!wnuxa!ksuvax1!harv AT&T Mail: attmail!htownsend
