Does anyone have a filter to convert output meant for
an EPSON printer (otherwise known as IBM graphics printer)
to Postscript?

Sometimes there are old PC applications that can't be
reconfigured to use a different print driver, and it would
still be nice to get there ouput without having to physically
have an EPSON printer.
