I have just found what I beleive to be a bug in SWING. Assume that you
have set default to directory [a.b.c], and that you started swing with
the command SWING/START=[A.B]. With the directory cursor on the top level
directory (in this case, [a.b]) you issue the Create command for
subdirectory D. Instead of correctly creating [a.b.d], swing creates
[a.b.c.d], but the display shows that [a.b.d] was created.

I will endeavor to find this bug in the upcoming days, and post a fix
to it.
