I recall, once upon a time, there was a program called OBSERVE that allow
one to watch another terminal session.  As I recall, it didn't support
LTA devices (or any devices except TT and TX if I remember correctly...).

Is this still the case ?

Are there other FREE options ?   (Please, not SET HOST/LOG...  I want to
interactively WATCH the sessions...)
