I'm not certain about applicability, but in UIC [350,56] in the Fall 1984 RSX SIG tape is a program to allow an interface to be swapped between DECnet and TTDRV. This could be close to what was asked for. My standard remark, which I'll repeat yet again, is that he who operates a DEC machine without having a complete set of SIG tapes on hand needs to have his head examined...
