We want to obtain an idle terminal logoff program that save input
to files before it closes them...  a friendly close.

There was some discussion of the topic about 2-3 months ago in this
group and one contributor, Kevin Carosso of Hughes Aircraft, had
some interesting things to say.

I have tried to get in touch with Kevin Carosso without success.
If anyone knows his phone number or a path to ENGVAX.SCG.HAC.COM!KVC,
please mail it to me.

In addition, if people have information to share with me, your response
will be greatly appreciated!!!
