Recently we noticed that using the unsupported ETHERNET class of MONITOR
seemed to cause vast numbers of "User buffer unavailable" in DECnet.  ("NCP
SHOW LINE UNA-0 COUNTERS")  Starting the monitoring caused that counter to
go wild.  Stopping the monitoring stopped incrementing the counter.

Has anyone had a similar experience?
