Afterwards, I talked my field service rep into replacing the whole UNIBUS adapter which is what I thought the problem was. A lot of the responses I got suggested that the UNIBUS was at fault too. However, that didn't solve the problem. Then a very helpful person from Software Support named Clyde called me. He logged into my system and narrowed the problem down to my DUP-11 or my DMR-11. My field service rep came out again and I got him to replace the DUP-11. This solved the problem.
