A user here at the Naval Ocean Systems Center has a question regarding
VMS software for a MicroVax he has access to.  Namely, is there any free
software for VMS?  Free or almost free (shareware?).  A great deal of
software of this type exists for other systems (e.g., MS-DOS), but I am
not sure about the situation regarding VMS.

If any of you could give me information on how to obtain this type of
software, my colleague and I would appreciate it very much.
