	Are the "internals" of VMSINSTAL documented anywhere ?  (ie:  I want
	to write procedures that can use VMSINSTAL to install them.)  Any
	clues, hints, books, or pointers ?

There's a DEC manual, called something like "User's Guide To VMSINSTAL".  It's
not part of the regular VMS documentation set, but has to be ordered separately.
I don't have my documentation directory with me so I can't dig up the order
number for you, but it should be easy enough to find.
