We just got a kinetics box (KFPS-2) and want to set it up to use 220v
(actually 240v) power supply.  The installation guide keeps refering to
Appendix B for details on adapting the power supply.  Unfortunately our
manual has an Appendix A and an Appendix C but *NO* Appendix B (pages 63
and 64 are missing).

Does anyone out there know what needs to be done?
