Where can I find a complete description of IP packet radio networks?
I'd like to know everything about them: routing algorithms; link
layer protocols; hardware involved; reliability and throughput, etc.

Also, has anyone given any thought to using digital mobile phones as
a subnet media?  Or are most mobile phone nets in the US still analog?
