TI offers an add-on software package that implements at least FTP, Telnet,
and user-program access to TCP/IP on the Explorer.  I have observed it to
have a few quirks, but it definitely gets you on the air (I've never used
it, just supported my own product for customers talking to Explorers).

I don't know part numbers or configuration requirements, but that's what your
TI salesman is for...
