They require some large monthly minimums, but are quite willing to talk about a flat hourly charge. I believe Compuserve has a flat monthly rate. you pay by the number of simultaneous connections that you want permitted. It's something like $750 per connection with a 6 connection minimum. Flat rates are available. You have to know to ask for them and be prepared to haggle over the eventual rate. --rick
