The file "argcount.c" is missing in the patches to Jove recently posted to
comp.sources.unix. This seems to have been missed when making the diff files
since it is a new file alltogether.

Also, it would be nice to have some sort of README file that explains what bug
fixes/changes were made to the new version of Jove. Thanks.
