Somebody at one time wrote a Linear programing software package, and placed it 
in the public domain.  This software ran on a Cyber computer.  Our organization
would like to acquire a copy of this package for immediate use.  Our option is
a multi-K$ commerical package.  If you happen to have a copy of this software,
