I seem to remember a program posted to the net a year or so ago which
took as input an English description of a C declaration and spit out
the declaration.  E.g., you could feed it

	pointer to function returning int

and it would respond

	int (*f) ()

I think this program was called "decl" or "cdecl" or something like that.

Can anyone help me find this program?
