    We are in need of an Intel 80186 development environment.
We need a compiler, linker, and locator that are capable of
producing native binary for the 186 without trying to make a
load module for a specific machine.
    The tools need to run on a System V Rel 3.0 system.
    If anyone has a suggestion for what we can get, we would
appreciate a reply.  Thank you very much.
