	The Undergraduate Student Association of Computer Science at
Rutgers University is planning a Core War competition in the near
future, based on the computer game made popular by the "Computer
Recreations" articles in Scientific American magazine.  If you have
implemented the game Core War (written a Redcode runner) in the C
programming language, and are willing to share your source code,
