I've ported a version of UUCICO to the Amiga.  It's was called
UUSLAVE a few months back, but now a master mode has been added.

I would like to test the system extensively before giving it
out to the public.  Anyone who can setup a UUCP link to their
Amiga and would like to test this version on UUCICO out
please mail me a message.  You should know something about
the UUCP process, such as X files, D files, and C files.
In addition, you should have the lattice C compiler version 3.10.

I'm currently working on uuxqt, and rmail.
