I have witnessed the same problem. This is on a A500 with 501 upgrade,
booted with a vanilla workbench disk (a straight copy of the original).
It happens on PacMan87 and Missle Command. No overscan, nothing else.
Works fine with everything else (except stuff that normally blows up
under Workbench /Kickstart 1.2). RoboCity runs, but displays trash.
I am also interested in some ideas of what it may be.
