On bix, Eric Graham gave me a simple spec. of the IFF hunks used to store
Sculpt 3D objects and scenes. He says it is subject to change, but he does
not object to its dissemination as long as this is understood. If there is
any interest, I will post it (it is not long) or mail it to interested
parties.
