On pg 44 of the latest issue of Amigaworld is an ad from Manx announcing
the SDB debugger.  Also mentioned is v3.6 of the compiler.  This is the
first I've heard of 3.6.

Can anyone tell us what's new?  Is there an upgrade policy??
