Hello, I am posting this article for a friend who is
using version 3.4a of Manx C (commercial version).

Basically, he wants to know if there is any documentation
for the functions found in the file expand.arc on the SYS4 disk.
These functions can also be found in c.lib, but there doesn't
seem to be any dcoumentation for them.
