Folks,

	This is to report an outage of Info-Apple@brl.arpa and a delay
in subscription services.

	From 28 September, for as long as 5 days, no BRL host will have
access to the Internet.  This means that mail will not flow to or from
any BRL host.  New software installation on the Aberdeen-Mil-Tac is the
reason for this outage.  You should plan on no mail to or from
Info-Apple or any other BRL mailbox from 28 September through 2 October.

	Further, from 22 September, I will be traveling and may not have
access to a terminal to handle subscription requests until the outage
has terminated.  I suggest you hold all additions, terminations, and
address changes until 5 October.

	We hope that the Mil-Tac changes will bring about improved
service.
