Recently I read somewhere a pinout list for a cable to use the NEC MultiSync
RGB Monitor with the Macintosh II and the pinouts were said to be different
than the list that Apple had sent to its dealers on AppleLink, and it was also
said to give a sharper image than that cable would.  Does anyone know these
pinouts?
