I have uploaded BLU (the Binary Library Utility) version 2.0 to
APPLE2-L.  It's in Executioner 4-bit format for folks who don't
get exact EBCDIC to ASCII translation (or vice versa).

The beauty of this version is that it doesn't use Mousetext.  Since
it runs just fine on my unenhanced //e, it doesn't require a 65C02
processor either, so I can't see any reason why is wouldn't work
just fine on a II+.
