Grant,
         Before anyone could say BLU v2.21
there's a new version = BLU v2.22; does the same things as
BLU v2.21 but fixes a few bugs!
         I'll put BLU v2.22 on LISTSERV as soon as I catch
my breath!

        LISTSERV also has TIC v1.22 - couldn't send it to you,
