LISTSERV@BROWNVM.BITNET now has LIBRARIAN v1.0 DOC and
LIBRARIAN v1.0 EXEC (4 bit) - David Sugar's library utility.
This file archiving utility "LIBRARIAN" supports the creation,
extraction and arrangement of Binary II files, LU-like LBR files,
and compacted *ARC* files.  Good for BBS sysops: selectively
move file entries from Binary II files or add more files to
a Binary II file that already exists.
