You might try calling the Los Angeles TEC BBS at 
(213) 803-3166; I know the teachers from this group
have written software *FRedWRITER* in English and in
Spanish; I think that using the Spanish version of the
software also requires the installation of a special chip
in an Apple ][e computer; you'll find more information on
this BBS - you can download a copy of the software and
information about where to obtain the special chip.
